*T&Cs Apply. This Refer a Friend offer is available at Queens Road Dental Care. The offer is open to existing patients of the practice who refer a new patient aged 18 or over. The referred patient must be new to the practice and must mention the referrer’s full name at the time of booking their appointment. The existing referring patient will receive a £20 Amazon voucher once the referred patient has attended and completed their New Patient Examination. The reward will not be issued for missed or cancelled appointments. The £20 Amazon voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There is no limit to the number of referrals an existing patient can make; however, rewards will only be issued for referrals that result in a completed appointment. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless stated. Queens Road Dental Care reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
