Very professional and thorough examination

This was an emergency appointment that was time critical for me. I was able to make an appointment on the day and time that I needed and at very short notice (a matter of hours). The Receptionist I spoke to was sympathetic and helpful to my situation. Although my regular Dentist was on holiday I received excellent care from a colleague.

Put me at ease even though not all the news was good.
